with the terms of this "Service Agreement".
EmailCustomers.com is owned by RUSHweb Solutions, which is a division of Interactive Investments, LLC. RUSHweb Solutions will consider offering you access to their email campaign management system. This is under the strict understanding that you agree and acknowledge that you understand that you and your employees will not, under any circumstances, use this system to send out unauthorized email messages to non-opt-in email lists. If RUSHweb Solutions is notified by SPAM filtering organizations and/or a lawyer or law firm with regards to a mailing that was sent out by you through the EmailCustomers.com mailing system you will be held liable for any legal expenses and/or other ramifications that may result. Furthermore, you and your company's access to our system will be terminated immediately and permanently. After any SPAMMING and/or legal issues have been resolved service with RUSHweb Solutions and/or Interactive Investments, LLC may be renegotiated. Reinstatement of service is under the sole discretion of RUSHweb Solutions and/or any of its employees. Reinstatement of service must be done so in writing and must be signed and authorized. Furthermore, any message sent out through the EmailCustomers.com system is considered a billable sent message, whether it bouces or is unsubscribed to is not our responsibility.
